I'm a down-to-earth, no-nonsense therapist who believes in giving it to you straight. At the same time, I'm deeply empathic and supportive as we work together to navigate life's hurdles. My personal and professional background help me connect with people from all walks of life.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've known I wanted to be a counselor for as long as I can remember. Life is hard and not always fair. I experienced many of the challenges people face, and there's not much I haven't heard. I'm ready to meet you where you are to explore your options together.

Life can be tough, but I'm here to help you make sense of it. Together, we can create a step-by-step plan to break old habits and move in a new direction. I'll help you understand the difference between what your emotions need and what your next steps should be.
