I am a double-boarded nurse practitioner in Psychiatry and Family Medicine. My extensive clinical background allows me to see the whole picture, not just the symptoms. I practice functional medicine psychiatry, and I will work to find the origin of your problem so we can solve it together—no Band-Aids here!
My focus
I work with severe child trauma, RAD, Autism, Special Forces Military, PTSD, TBI, addictions, Down Syndrome, and developmental disabilities. I also study fitness, supplements, and sports psychology.

My approach begins with a detailed history of your life, from birth to present. We arrange the pieces until they fit, finding the true cause of problems you're experiencing, whether physical or mental. This marks the start of your healing journey.
