My path to becoming a provider grew from a lifelong commitment to listening, service, and walking alongside others through moments of change and healing. These experiences continue to shape my compassionate, client-centered approach to care.

I help clients reach their goals by fostering a collaborative, trust-based relationship that centers on their values and strengths. Through active listening, individualized planning, and skill-building, I support clients in identifying meaningful goals, navigating barriers, and sustaining progress over time.

Our first session

Our first session is about creating safety, clarity, and connection. There’s no pressure to “have it all figured out” or to know exactly what to say. We move at your pace. By the end of the session, most clients feel heard, understood, and less alone. Sometimes we’ll identify a small takeaway—an insight, reflection, or practical step—to support you
