I focus on coming alongside clients as they navigate personal growth & healing goals. Sometimes they feel broken or weak. Maybe need a helping hand to rebuild an area in their lives. Possibly have difficulty adjusting to life's stress or a loss. Some may struggle with lack of self care or want more from their relationships.
My approach
I mostly use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify behaviors or unhelpful thoughts you'd like to improve My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control. I may also incorporate mindfulness or self care techniques to support your unique goals.
