Hi there, I'm Nicholas!

I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, and much more. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I have experience working with many different types of clients. I have worked with individuals of all ages and of diverse backgrounds. I work with adults, children, teens, the elderly, couples, and family units.

My approach

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey. I have been trained in various treatment models, including CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, FCT, MI, and TBRI.

My communication style

In therapy, I strive to create an environment that is open, accepting, and empowering. I want you to feel comfortable and find strength during our sessions. I also want to come alongside you to help you, not just tell you what to do. Often, you will find you had the answers all along.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always felt called to be a therapist. This path has allowed me to help people come out of some of the darkest points and see the light in their lives again. It is amazing to see someone experience joy, comfort, love, and overall strength again.

Together, we will create a plan that will instill hope and bring about the change you are seeking. I want therapy to be a positive and collaborative experience for you.

Our first session

During our first session, we will go over some background information and then discuss what brought you to therapy. From there, we will create a plan to get you working towards where you want to be. You will get the chance to ask any questions and express any thoughts or fears you have about the therapy process.
