I treat a wide variety of mental health issues for all ages. My goal is to ensure I work alongside you to ensure you are an active participant in your treatment and plan.

My focus

I work with patients ranging from childhood to late adulthood. I most often work with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and ADHD.

My approach

I provide a varied approach based on your individual needs but may include behavioral, cognitive, humanistic, and biological approaches.

My communication style

I like to create an environment of comfort and trust. I provide a supportive and comfortable space to allow clients to let their guard down and be honest about their symptoms and experiences while maintaining professionalism.

My journey to mental healthcare

While working in family practice I noticed the lack of resources and treatment available for those with mental health issues. I decided I wanted to be someone that could help fill in the gap. I enjoy being able to help those with mental health issues get back to feeling like themselves.

My goals for you

I prefer to set small, manageable goals with patients for them to meet between sessions. Completing those mini-goals allows patients to feel accomplished and sets them up for success.

Our first session

During the first session, I like to get to know a patient's history along with current symptoms. The first appointment will set us up for the rest of the patient's journey.
