I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationship stress. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help clients better understand themselves and build coping skills that support healing and growth, layer by layer.

I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional burnout, grief, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by life changes or stuck in patterns that affect their confidence and sense of connection.
My approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients manage difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build skills you can use in everyday life.
