I work with clients who often doubt their own abilities and lack self-confidence. When life presents a time of transition, I help clients overcome self-defeating tendencies and become more comfortable with life obstacles. Whether it's anxiety, depression, grief/loss, or life adjustment, I help clients gain more self-confidence.

I take on an empathic, compassionate, and integrative approach to help clients reach their goals. I use an eclectic approach, including but not limited to positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
