I believe that therapy is your journey, and I am along for the ride. I will be your personal cheerleader along the way and help guide you to where you really want to be. I want you to become the absolute best version of yourself. I specialize in helping you learn healthy coping skills to start leading a happier life.

My focus

I practice individual therapy for adults to help you manage stress, anxiety, depression, abuse, addiction, or trauma.

My approach

I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

My communication style

I am a very casual and transparent therapist. I want you to be comfortable talking to me, and I believe therapy should have some laughter injected into it, so it is not all heavy, hard work. I want you to actually enjoy therapy and walk away feeling better.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career in special education as a teacher where I realized I loved working one-on-one with students to help them find what they needed to succeed. I decided to further my education so I could help others learn to self-advocate and build healthy coping skills to thrive.

My goals for you

I want the client to lead where they want to go. I simply help them narrow down and target the goals they believe will help them learn new skills to enrich their daily lives.

Our first session

The first session will be relaxed and informal. We will get to know each other and target what they want to get out of therapy.
