Hi there, I'm Lisa!

I collaboratively work with clients to set and achieve their goals. I am passionate about helping those who are hurting, those who seek healing, and those who desire to change.

My focus

I typically work with adult individuals. The most common conditions that I see are those struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders, and Adjustment Disorders or transition of life stages. I also have a passion for faith and spirituality and welcome this if clients would like to incorporate it into counseling.

My approach

Some treatment modalities that I use in therapy are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. There is no one-size-fits-all solution and I accommodate to meet my clients where they are at in their journey.
