I have been practicing social work for 20 years, and I have felt compelled to be a compassionate listener and supporter of others throughout my life. I enjoy working with adults who are coping with change, anxiety, stage of life issues, ADD symptom management, parenting challenges, and women coping with infertility.

I work with women coping with infertility, expectant mothers, postpartum experiences, anxious adults, adults with ADD, parenting issues, and those coping with codependency. I also support adults navigating change, stage of life transitions, and depression. My approach honors where you are while gently guiding you toward the growth you seek.
