My client focus is adolescents and adults of all ages.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach to treatment. I am humanistic and use psychodynamic ideas. At times, I may suggest a mindfulness, art, or behavioral activity to help with coping and insight. I expect you to talk about what is on your mind, and we work on understanding, change, or both.

My communication style

I am good at listening and will do that. I communicate with questions, explanations, activities, reflections, and suggestions. The tone is relaxed, conscious connection where I expect you to lead with what you want to talk about, and we work.

My journey to mental healthcare

From a young age, I knew I wanted to be in this field. As I advanced with education, I followed the path to provide clinical care. I am drawn to providing mental health care to give people a safe space to talk, understand, and learn.

I help you reach your goals by identifying what you want to accomplish. From there, we identify options that will help you create objectives and tasks for your goal(s).
