I communicate openly and honestly, creating a judgment-free zone where you can express whatever thoughts you need. Sessions are a space for release and unburdening, allowing you to process situations in your life without fear of judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always enjoyed listening, helping, and providing feedback to those who needed assistance. I believe life experiences from our family, childhood, and adult life have allowed me to have a unique perspective on helping others.

Goals are established collaboratively with you, laying the groundwork for your therapeutic process. Each client has different expectations, so we'll work together in a collaborative environment to create goals that reflect your unique needs and thought processes.
