I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma, as well as couples experiencing long-term discomfort. My style is non-judgmental, kind, straightforward, and open. You are the expert in your own life. I am simply a guide and conduit of the knowledge and experience I have gained. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, physical, sexual, and emotional trauma, acute crisis resolution, women's issues from pregnancy to menopause, couples therapy, and stage of life transitions.

I use a model based on foundation and systemic change, taking a holistic approach while employing attachment-based theories, CBT, DBT, solution-focused, structural, narrative, and person-centered theories.
