My therapy style is warm, engaging, and client-centered. I treat everyone with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. I love helping others work through their struggles and develop a stronger, more confident sense of self.

My communication style is clear, calm, and inviting. I feel there is a lot of power that comes from listening and making my clients feel heard, seen, and understood, which is a vital part of my interactions with my clients.
