I'm here to help you, your partner, or your family reach a safer, better place. Whether you're sorting out what you need to do or how to do it, I'm ready to assist. I have training in several treatment options so we can build a customized plan together. I love questions—that's how we connect.

My focus

I work very collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families. I offer knowledge and experience while treating every situation as unique. I need to understand your problem with you, then build a plan together for a solution.

My approach

Many people considering therapy feel they're broken. My approach is that no one is broken—you're just experiencing something that isn't working. Often the key is discovering what's not working so we can find another way forward. I provide a safe place to figure out the plan together.

My communication style

I create a non-judging space supported by empathy and acceptance. I want to understand the issues with you, then build a plan to find the safest way forward. I often use Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, all with awareness of how emotions present in the body.

My journey to mental healthcare

Before becoming a therapist, I had several different careers. In all of them, people enjoyed talking with me. I realized therapy was my calling because I just want people to feel better. Life is hard enough alone—together with safe people makes it less difficult, maybe even better.
