I'm a mental health practitioner available to meet with new clients. I see counseling as a shared process with you in charge most often. I'm confident in the techniques I've developed to address mental health conditions, but it's got to make sense to you, to be useful to you, for anything to happen.
My focus
My typical client is an adult who can be vulnerable and courageous in their sharing and values thinking outside the box. I most often treat mood and anxiety disorders including PTSD, Bipolar, OCD, GAD, and MDD, as well as addictions, impulse control disorders, and ADHD.
My approach
My approach prioritizes your experience and interests in change and draws upon Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Polyvagal Theory, and Harm Reduction interventions. I value both early relationships and creative thoughts and expressions in how we develop.
