I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and reframe unhelpful thoughts. My approach is collaborative, offering various tools that empower you to feel more in control. Depending on your needs, I may integrate mindfulness or other techniques to support your goals, and/or when trauma is present, EMDR may be a valuable option.
