Hi there, I'm Sharon!

I'm passionate about helping clients find a path to healing from past experiences and present-day difficulties. I strive to learn something new daily and bring that curiosity into my work with you.

My focus

I have worked with people with a variety of challenges, including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, mood swings, relationship challenges, attention and focus difficulties, and many who have experienced physical, sexual, or emotional trauma, and first responders who need assistance following traumatic events.

My approach

I believe in treatment that focuses on finding solutions to troubling symptoms and holistic approaches to healing. My approach combines a variety of methods, including strengths-based, person-centered, brief solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR trauma therapy.
