I see people with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, chronic pain, trauma, life changes, behavior issues, adjustment disorder, and parenting concerns.

I use approaches based on each person's needs, such as CBT, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Mindfulness, and Behavior Modification. I focus on developing healthy coping strategies and treating the person as a whole.

I use talk therapy and believe in listening to my clients as they process situations, identify solutions, and problem-solve. I work to empower you to reach the goals you set for yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started working with juvenile delinquents through the court system, helping them make better decisions. I've had the opportunity to work with all ages in every mental health setting. I love seeing clients make progress and meet their goals.
