I love engaging with others and helping clients navigate communication and self-esteem issues, boundary development, anxiety, depression, emotional intimacy, conflict management, trauma, and other life difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to what benefits you most.

I work with people from all walks of life and offer trauma-informed care. I support individuals managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem, psychosis, and other symptoms that impact daily life.

I use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, reframing, and structural family therapy, along with other modalities that fit your needs. My focus is helping you build communication skills, strengthen boundaries, manage anxiety and depression, and create space for emotional intimacy and healing.

I provide a judgment-free zone where you can be yourself and explore who you are without pressure. I won't tell you what to do; instead, I encourage you to make the best decisions for your life. You are the expert on you.

I've always wanted to make a difference in the lives of others, and it excites me when I see clients progress. I love helping people conquer life's transitions and sort through obstacles that stand in the way of their goals.
