I provide a judgment-free zone where you can be yourself and explore who you are without pressure. I won't tell you what to do; instead, I encourage you to make the best decisions for your life. You are the expert on you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always wanted to make a difference in the lives of others, and it excites me when I see clients progress. I love helping people conquer life's transitions and sort through obstacles that stand in the way of their goals.

My goals for you

I let you move at your own pace while reminding you that change comes when we step outside our comfort zone. I encourage you to go after your authentic self and provide a space to explore yourself openly and honestly.
