As a therapist, I believe you are the expert of your own life. My approach is to follow your lead and help you explore other options when you feel like you're hitting a wall. I want to be a helping hand as well as a listening ear.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've known my whole life that I wanted to be a therapist. I am so blessed to be able to do what I love every day of my life. Seeing progress in sessions and improvements in managing diagnosis is one of my greatest joys.

My goals for you

When setting goals, we'll focus on building skills and targeting goals that are within reach. Every 90 days, we will assess where we are with our goals and adjust them as needed.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll use this time to get to know each other and find out a little more about what's bringing you in. The professional relationship between a therapist and a client is so important. I want to make sure we have time to let it grow in a natural and authentic way.
