I am a university professor (Long Island University; formerly Western Kentucky University) who trains doctoral clinicians, a researcher with 20+ publications, and a therapist with 15+ years of experience. I help adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, stress, and relationship concerns.
