I work primarily with women and specialize in neurodivergent populations using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, and Narrative Therapy.

As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I work primarily with women who identify as neurodivergent. Many neurodivergent women struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. I help you figure out where you are on your healing path so you can let go of limiting beliefs and rewrite a new narrative.

Using a framework that honors neurodiversity, my approach varies by client according to your needs and goals. We begin by talking about self-care so you can feel better right away. Then we look at barriers keeping you from feeling good, including how you speak to yourself and things in your environment holding you back.
