I am passionate about sitting with people as they explore areas in their lives that are tender or painful. I am honored to get to see, know, and understand some of the more challenging areas in life and help find ways to adapt so that you may flourish and thrive, rather than just survive.

I am empowered by seeing women begin to untangle their identities and get to really know themselves through the sacred space of the therapy relationship that will be grown and nourished with me.
