My focus

I am passionate about helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, loss, grief, an array of mental health diagnoses, and addiction issues. After completing a thorough assessment, we will collaborate on your goals, and I will apply evidence-based treatment modalities to assist you in achieving them.

My approach

My theoretical approaches in my work include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a client-centered approach.

My communication style

I like to create a calm, peaceful, and open environment for my clients that fosters open and honest connection and communication. I aim to make my clients feel heard, warmth, understanding, validation, and acceptance while working with me.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with a background in social work. I loved building lasting connections, fostering growth, building rapport, and seeing my clients achieve their goals. Quite simply, seeing clients reach their full potential is what drives me to do the work that I very much enjoy as a therapist.
