Hi there, I'm Chris!

I'm an LPCC-S with over 20 years of experience. I’ve lived, studied & worked in rural towns, large cities, military, civilian, blue & white collar jobs. People find me an ally who can offer hope while centering on achievable goals, an empathetic ear to hear underlying solutions, and a way forward to tap into your inherent strengths & skills.

My focus

I specialize in the Adult population; many of those I work with have been to counseling before, but it's been years since they were actively involved, though I also have many people who this would be their first ever session. I enjoy that variety and cater my approach to each individual I speak with.

My approach

My approach is eclectic, making use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (identifying specific thoughts & beliefs) along with Person Centered Therapy (focusing on your unique experience). Discussions are insight-driven; in our discussions, what you will bring forward will shed light on those areas of needed focus to bring about your desired change.
