Hi there, I'm Emily!

I work with individuals struggling to maintain the life they want. Working in addictions has allowed me the opportunity to work with a range of mental health struggles, including depression, anxiety, self-worth, ADHD, and more.

My focus

I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider; my goal is to help educate and address ADHD behavior concerns. I work collaboratively with you to develop a plan of action suited to your needs. I have walked alongside individuals dealing with daily life stressors, frustrations, and issues regulating emotions.

My approach

I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I use aspects of different therapeutic approaches based on what you respond to and your personal experiences.

My communication style

I want to provide a safe and warm environment for you to be your truest self. Therapy can be scary. I work to help remove the fear and provide support, empathy, and a relaxed space to allow you to take up all the space you need.

My driving force as a therapist is the hope of empowering individuals to reclaim who they are meant to be, accomplish the things they want to accomplish, and go further than they initially thought they could.

Our first session

The first few sessions are primarily person-centered and focused on building rapport with you. I work to provide a safe and warm environment for you to be who you truly need to be in order to find your true self.
