My approach is holistic and transformational. Working with me will encompass the mind, body, emotions, and soul. I am also a trained spiritual director, and this training informs, to some extent, my approach.
My focus
I have worked with children through older adults, but currently I work with only adults. Relationship struggles, anxiety and stress, life transitions, and depression are areas I feel most comfortable treating.

My approach is integrative and will depend largely on the client's needs. I typically focus on relationships, which will include relationships to self, to others, and to the world. If you would like to include a Christian, faith-based approach, your relationship with God would also be a focus.
