Pursuing mental and emotional health can be difficult at times, especially in the beginning when there is a lot to discover. The ideal client is someone that is willing to put in the difficult work of pursuing and maintaining mental and emotional health.
My approach
The approach that I take to treatment is person-centered. This means that the client determines the direction and focus of treatment from the creation of goals within a treatment plan to how those goals are accomplished throughout the proceeding sessions.
