Hi there, I'm Emerson!

I take a person-centered, individualized approach using a variety of tools and methods. I have extensive experience with the LGBTQ+ community as well as relationships, anxiety, depression, and general life stressors.

My focus

While my focus has previously been concentrated on the LGBTQ+ community, community mental health, public school students, and couples, I am open and comfortable working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.

My approach

While the foundation of my practice is CBT, I take a more eclectic approach by bringing in relevant materials, activities, and techniques as they are appropriate. I truly believe that no therapeutic journey will look alike.
