We'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began seeking a space where I felt truly heard. After earning my master’s and working in hospitals, community centers, and schools, I saw the impact of a warm, culturally‑sensitive, evidence‑based approach—so in 2018 I founded Salam Therapy to create that compassionate sanctuary for others.

My goals for you

I help people battling depression or relationship and family-related trauma find their way back to a fuller life. In our first sessions, we'll explore what's weighing you down and co-create a caring plan that fits you. Most clients experience a gentle improvement in symptoms within the first month and continue to grow stronger afterward.
