I love meeting new people and helping them reach their goals. My approach to counseling is collaborative, straightforward, friendly, and nonjudgmental so that we can work together to create a holistic plan of action.
My focus
I work primarily with adolescents and young adults. I provide assessment and diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, and psychoeducational, individual, and family counseling. I have expertise working with early psychosis, clinical high risk, suicide, trauma, and transitions such as college, moving out, new parenthood, and later life changes.
My approach
I use a variety of techniques from different theoretical frameworks to find an individualized approach to meet your specific need or goal. I primarily use cognitive behavior therapy, EMDR, and DBT modalities and utilize motivational interviewing and person-centered principles in every session.
