My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to people's stories and felt honored to be a safe, listening ear. That natural empathy led me to pursue a career where I could support others more deeply. Being part of someone's transformation is both a gift and a calling.

My goals for you

I help you set and reach goals by first creating a safe, collaborative space to explore your values, needs, and what truly matters. Together, we clarify priorities and identify specific, meaningful goals. We regularly check in on progress, celebrate growth, and make adjustments as needed to ensure goals stay aligned with your evolving needs.

Our first session

Our first session is about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. I'll ask questions to understand your background, current challenges, and what you're hoping to gain. You're welcome to share at your own pace. My goal is to create a safe, relaxed space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
