I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in New Orleans, Louisiana. I work with adults specializing in anxiety, stress, and mood disorders. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I support clients in addressing their concerns and goals for treatment.
My focus
Most clients I see come in with depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, or relationship issues. I work with people from all different backgrounds with varied concerns. I believe that having a safe space to process emotions and thoughts is one of the most important supports I can offer someone seeking therapy.

I believe building therapeutic rapport is the foundation of any counseling relationship. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help us understand and manage emotional distress together.
