My journey to mental healthcare

I always wanted to be a therapist, a teacher, or just a listener. I began my career as a teacher. After 17 years of teaching, I found I liked listening to people's feelings, their likes and dislikes, and their opinions on the lives we are living now. So I LEFT THE CLASSROOM AND BECAME A THERAPIST. Now, I learn more about life each day from you.

My goals for you

You tell me your goals. You and I work together to reach those goals at a pace and in a way you feel most comfortable. When those goals are met, WE CELEBRATE, then set new goals. We work at the pace and the way YOU FEEL MOST COMFORTABLE.

Our first session

In your first session, I will ask very few questions. I like to hear clients describe what they are going through in their own words. I like listening to your tone and your emotions. That shows me a lot of how you are feeling. YOU ARE ALWAYS FREE TO SPEAK YOUR MIND. NO JUDGMENT. HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON.
