CBT is hands-on, giving you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Together, we'll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward confidently.

My journey into therapy began with a desire to help others tap into their existing strengths to address challenges. I wanted to refine and share useful techniques professionally. My experiences working with trauma and developmental differences enhanced my awareness of how therapy can be personally transformative.
