I have worked with many diverse backgrounds with various clinical needs and diversity. I am experienced with working with clients who suffer from Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, ODD, Trauma, Substance Abuse, Self-Esteem, OCD, marriage and family therapy, and many other identified treatment areas.
My approach
I like to utilize CBT therapy as it allows the client to work on identifying triggers and faulty thinking patterns. I like to work on addressing cognitions and utilizing the development of healthy thinking patterns. I also have experience with exposure therapy and DBT therapy.
