My communication style is warm, clear, and collaborative. I strive to create a calm, respectful space where you feel comfortable sharing openly without fear of judgment. I provide honest, easy-to-understand guidance without the fancy terms while actively listening so we can make decisions together about your care.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was especially drawn to mental health because I saw how often people struggled in silence and how powerful, compassionate, consistent support could be transforming and uplifting. Becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner allowed me to combine my clinical expertise with my heart for service.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals through a team approach, structure, and consistent support. Together we will identify priorities, create realistic, step-by-step plans, and monitor progress over time. I adjust treatment as needed, provide education and encouragement, and help remove barriers so goals feel attainable and sustainable.

Our first session

Your first session is a safe, welcoming space focused on getting to know you and understanding your needs. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, symptoms, goals for treatment, and any past treatment experiences. I’ll explain the treatment process, answer your questions, and together we will begin developing a plan tailored to you
