Providing thorough and thoughtful assessments is paramount in order to achieve effective, successful treatment and coordination of care. I work closely with my clients and their therapists to develop a treatment plan best suited to their lives and resources.

My journey to mental healthcare

The stigma on mental healthcare is what attracted me to a career in mental health. I wanted to make a difference, but also to encourage everyone to look past the stigma and to admit that it is okay to not be okay.

My goals for you

We work together on coping skills and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. I schedule follow-up appointments to review progress and adjust our approach as needed.

In our first session, I focus on understanding your unique needs through a thorough assessment. We'll discuss your concerns, goals, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that feels right for you in a nonjudgmental space.
