I also support anyone navigating mental health challenges that impact performance and well-being. I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

My therapy journey started with listening to others and wanting to make a difference. I had the opportunity to work with teenagers and athletes, which showed me the powerful role therapy can play in recovery. Seeing my clients gain confidence or find peace makes my work incredibly rewarding.

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel nervous. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you through each step of the process.
