My focus
I work with adults and couples struggling with relationship issues, childhood trauma, and parenting challenges. I explore the thoughts, feelings, and actions that impact my clients and address each issue that may be keeping them from reaching their goals.
My approach
I bring acceptance, empathy, and honesty to each person I work with. I meet people where they are along their own path. I use trauma-informed care, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and EMDR to help clients process difficult experiences and move forward.
