Hi there, I'm Denitra!

I am a faith-based provider. My primary areas of focus include relationship concerns, adjusting to life transitions, depression, and anxiety. Though I am a Christian provider, I welcome all beliefs, cultures, and backgrounds.

My focus

My clients are usually male and female clients who range in age from 14-67 on average. Many of my clients have a faith-based background; however, there are some of my clients who are not faith-based.

My approach

I believe that there aren't any cookie-cutter approaches to therapy; however, we each attain healing and wellness using various means. My therapeutic approaches are primarily eclectic and include hints of solution-focused, reality, Rogerian, cognitive behavioral, or Gestalt techniques.
