My focus

My ideal clients are women navigating the emotional, mental, and physical transitions of pregnancy and postpartum. Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or healing from a difficult birth, you're not alone. I work best with women who are ready to feel better, open to learning new skills, and motivated to make meaningful changes.

My approach

I take a solution-focused and trauma-informed approach, helping clients identify what's most important and develop skills for meaningful change. Together, we'll explore identity, overwhelm, relationship shifts, anxiety, birth trauma, and postpartum recovery. I value cultural sensitivity and building a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard.

You can expect open, honest, and compassionate communication. I bring a warm, down-to-earth energy into each session, creating a space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are. My tone is supportive but focused; I'll always listen deeply, but I'll also gently challenge you when needed to help move you toward your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into this work began with my own experience of becoming a mother. After a traumatic birth and difficult postpartum recovery, I saw how many women struggle silently, overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. That personal experience led me to specialize in maternal mental health.

From there, we identify specific, realistic goals that feel meaningful. I break goals into manageable steps and use a solution-focused approach to track progress.
