My approach to therapy is to utilize what's necessary for my client. They are in charge of their destiny. I'm here to help with the process and support my client as needed. My focus areas are as needed by my clients, be it Person-Centered, CBT, and others deemed necessary.

I work with groups, families, couples, individuals, and young adults. They face a variety of challenges, such as depression, anxiety, suicide, grief, separation, divorce, and PTSD, just to name a few.
