I provide a safe space to explore issues, thoughts, & feelings (past & present) that might impair a healthy sense of self, cause behavioral difficulties, or affect the relationships you are in.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I work to increase my clients' confidence in their own ability to manage their issues & difficulties. As I tell my clients: "I'm working myself out of a job".
My approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience as a therapist in a variety of settings. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a Family Systems approach that is individualized to each client's unique needs. I see Individuals, Couples, & Families.
