Hi there, I'm Celeste!

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, considering all aspects encompassing and surrounding an individual, since these aspects affect their mental health. My goal is for people to find their power within and know that, despite their current circumstances, they can have control.

My focus

I work with psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for ages 6 and up. I treat all conditions, including but not limited to Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), Trauma, Stress Management, Anxiety, Depression, and Autism.

My approach

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, considering all aspects surrounding an individual that affect their mental health. My goal is for people to find their power within and know that, despite their circumstances, they can have control--their power is within, not through another individual.

My communication style

Open communication, in conjunction with impeccable listening. These key components help create an environment in which the client can communicate freely with the provider, further acknowledging and enhancing their power within their mental wellness journey.

I entered this field to help individuals discover their inner strength and take control of their mental wellness, regardless of their circumstances.

My goals for you

I want to assist clients in their process of self-discovery through the processes of psychiatric evaluation, continued care management visits, psychotherapy, mental wellness education, and medication management. They can expect individualized care based on evidence-based practices.
