My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I worked with veterans, individuals in partial hospitalization programs, and those in acute hospital settings navigating trauma, severe stress, and mental health crises.

My goals for you

Whether you're managing stress, coping with grief, rebuilding self-esteem, or working through past trauma, I'm here to help you develop effective coping skills, build resilience, and create lasting, meaningful change. Together, we'll work to restore balance and promote emotional well-being.
