I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Louisiana who takes a collaborative, person-centered approach to make therapy feel less formal and more real. I work with clients ages 13+ and often support concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, and women’s issues in a supportive, judgment-free space.
My focus
I help teens and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioral challenges, and grief. I also support relationship, school, career, and life transitions, helping clients tackle obstacles and develop practical coping tools.
My approach
My approach is primarily person-centered and solution-focused, while also drawing from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. In simple terms, this means we explore thought patterns, build coping and emotion-regulation skills, and work at a pace that supports meaningful, realistic change.
